The purpose creating a design is to develop
a cognitive plan for landscaping a property. We analyze site
conditions and gather information from the client. With the
information collected we will solve all your landscaping problems.
Once developed, the design is sold to the client, and used
as a tool to educate the client about his or her property.
This will provide them with a vision of their completed landscape.
The design enables the job to be estimated accurately. Once
the client approves the project, our Construction Division
is able to implement the plan. This planning alleviates any
unforeseen circumstances that may change the estimated cost
of the job.
Site Analysis
This is a free service provided to
all clients. This is the first meeting of the design process.
We analyze site conditions and gather information from the
client. During this meeting we request a copy of the site
survey and take photos of existing conditions. With this information
we can create a list of Design Criteria.
Sketch
This the second part of the design
process. On a copy of the site survey we will plot the ideas
from the Design Criteria list. This allows the designer to
show preliminary design ideas without scale in the form of
a sketch. Our Construction Division can implement some smaller
projects at this stage.
Master Plan
This the final stage in the
design process. We create complete scaled drawings for the
property. This includes details for the hardscapes and a complete
plant material list with quantities and sizes. This plan can
be implemented in full all at once or over time. |
