The purpose of our maintenance division is to maintain and improve your property over time. Our landscapes will create a better living environment at your home and this environment will add value to your property.
Our property maintenance programs are all inclusive, seasonal, packages. The program will include everything necessary to maintain your property to highest standard. We will provide a free site analysis and create an estimate custom tailored to your property. The estimate will be a lump sum price for the landscape season (March- December) and divided into 10 equal payments. All the items included in your estimate are listed below
Ten Month Basic Services Calendar for 2012
Spring Clean up- March 12 to April 20th
We will visit property one time between said dates
Remove and dispose of all debris accumulated during the winter
Blow out roof gutters
Edge all sidewalks and curbs
Rake all lawn areas
Deep spade edge all existing beds
Spread early spring fertilizer with pre-emergent weed control
Note: All beds should be mulched and pansy flowers planted after spring clean up. This is an extra fee, please email us for quote.
Weekly Lawn Cutting- April 23 to October 12th
There are Approximately 25 weekly lawn cuttings between said dates.
Depending on season and length of turf, clippings will be mulched or collected
Mow all turf areas to give a neat appearance
Trim around all tree and shrub beds
Blow clippings off all paved surfaces
Bed Care- April 23 to June 1st
Spread granular fertilizer around ornamental trees and shrubs
Spread pre-emergent weed control on all mulch beds
Pull weeds from all existing mulch beds throughout year
Broad leaf post-emergent weed control will be applied as necessary
Note: Specific shrub problems such as insect, fungus, will be treated individually as necessary. This is an extra fee, please email us for quote.
Pruning- June 11 to July 20th
All shrubs, trees under 20ft, and hedges will be pruned as necessary.
Most pruning will occur during regular mowing schedule over entire summer
Larger pruning projects will occur on a separate visit
Ornamental shrubs will be pruned to remove dead branches and reduce overall size
Base suckers and cross branching will be cut out
Hand pruning will be utilized as much as possible
Power shears will be utilized for all larger shrubs and hedges
Note: Trees over 20ft can be pruned at the same time. This is an extra fee, please email us for quote.
Aeration and Lawn Repair- August 20 to September 21st
Aeration allows air, water, nutrients to reach the roots of the turf plant
It will open up the thatch layer and compacted soil
It will stimulate new growth of the turf plant
We will spread new top soil and seed on small bare patches
Spread fall starter fertilizer for new seed.
Fall Clean up- October 15 until the last leaves drop in December
Property will be visited three time between said dates
Due to volume of leaves during peak season we will visit every two to three weeks
Leaves will be removed off all lawn areas during first two visits
During the final fall clean up will remove all leaves from lawn and beds
Blow out roof gutters during final fall clean up
Spread final winter fertilizer after final clean up
If township has curb side pick up, all leaves will be stacked at curb
If township does not have curb side pick up, all leaves will be removed from property

Round 3 is applied early summer June 4 to July 13
Slow release with post-emergent weed
Round 4 is applied during aeration and lawn repair August 20 to September 21
Starter fertilizer with no weed control for new seed
Round 5 is applied during final fall clean up After Nov 12th
